Occupy The District, Part Two

Team Woolly, inspired by The Civilians’ Occupy Your Mind project, took a field-trip over to McPherson Square to scope out the Occupy DC movement that is right in our neighborhood. This is Part Two of the conversation that occurred just days before the police raided McPherson Square on behalf of the National Park Service's revised mandate on camping in parks. We chatted about alternatives to capitalism, DC vs Wall Street, and housing with activists Adrian Parsons and Pavan Vangipuram right outside of Cosi in McPherson Square over some free coffee and pizza.
